Terms and conditions for Woody and Blue Gift Cards

Effective Date: 01 May 2026

1. Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable

Gift cards are strictly non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash, credit, or any monetary equivalent. Gift cards are non-transferable and intended for use by the original recipient.

2. Validity Period

Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Any remaining balance after the expiry date will be automatically void and cannot be reinstated.

3. Exclusions

Gift cards are not valid on sale items, discounted products, promotional offers, or special campaigns unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4. Usage

Gift cards may be redeemed against ready-to-wear items, bespoke commissions, or customisations, subject to availability and acceptance by Woody & Blue.

5. Partial Redemption

If the purchase exceeds the gift card value, the remaining balance must be paid using an accepted payment method. Any unused balance will expire upon the expiry date of the gift card.

6. Loss, Theft & Misuse

Woody & Blue accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorised use of gift cards. Gift cards will not be replaced or refunded under any circumstances.

7. Right of Refusal

Woody & Blue reserves the right to refuse redemption where fraud, misuse, or breach of these terms is suspected.

8. Amendments

Woody & Blue reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
