Returns policy

 

At Woody & Blue, every client relationship is approached on a personal 1-to-1 basis, allowing us to create a piece that feels truly individual and made to be loved.

If you are not completely satisfied with your hat, we are always happy to discuss reasonable adjustments or refinements wherever possible.

Ready-to-wear hats may only be returned in absolutely perfect, unworn condition. Any item showing signs of wear, use, styling, damage, perfume, makeup, event use, or alteration will not be accepted.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of shipment. All shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and return expenses remain the responsibility of the buyer.

Due to increasing instances of occasion-wear fraud within the fashion industry, Woody & Blue reserves the right to refuse any return where the item is believed to have been worn, used for events, photography, social media content, commercial purposes, or otherwise not returned in its original untouched condition. Verification may include internal quality inspection, documentation, and publicly available social media or event imagery.

Any return not meeting the above conditions will be declined and returned to the customer.

By purchasing from Woody & Blue, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
