Returns Policy

I work together with each client in a close 1-2-1 relationship so that we create a hat for the customer to fall in love with.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your hat, I am happy to discuss any desired changes to make it right for you.

Hats can only be returned in perfect condition and not if they have been worn, but I will always work with you to adjust your hat if you are not happy.

I accept returns in absolutely perfect, unworn condition within 14 days of shipment. 

Any shipping costs, duties or taxes collected upon delivery will be nonrefundable.

If your return is not accepted you will be notified and it will be returned back to you.
