Due to changes to EU law regarding packaging, we are currently unable to ship to the European Union until we can establish we are meeting all legal requirements. If you are in Europe and would like to order something, please email enquiries@woodyandbluehats.com to discuss.
Please accept our sincere apologies and we hope to be able to resume delivery to the EU as soon as possible. Any orders placed, we will be in touch to discuss options.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. We strongly encourage you to double-check your shipping address prior to placing your order. We are not liable for incorrectly entered addresses. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
All parcels will be sent for fast delivery, insured and with a tracking number. We aim to ship within two clear business days from your order having been accepted.
UK shipping: £11. Free collection is available by arrangement from our atelier in Dalston, London.
International standard. £30. International express: £50.
International shipping does not include duties, tariffs or taxes. Customers are responsible for any additional customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply upon delivery. Please note - all deliveries to the United States are now subject to an additional 10% tariff.
I make sure packaging is the right one: our carton hat boxes are wrapped in two layers of weatherproof plastic and filled with multicoloured tissue paper.
